in The Zephyr Song by Red Hot Chili Peppers, at 3:01 on the word "all", it sounds like the tape is sped up for an instant. It might not be an error, but it sounds like it.

It always sounded to me like he was singing, "Nobody gonna take my head now that I'm on the road again, Nobody gonna take my head, I'm gonna beat my head again"

Just thought of this one from steely Dan
In “Show Biz Kids” right after “you know they don’t give a f*** about anybody else” it sounds like Fagen gets cut off mid-line. Sounds like “you gotta” or “you go to” but then it goes right to the chorus
About 355 or so in the video

A VERY audible editing mistake at 0:49 - I think it was on the original Mr Bad Guy album, too but they may have eliminated it on later versions.

Blondie, "You Look Good in Blue".

That late drum fill at 2:13 makes me cringe every time.

I actually love this album (it's my favourite Blondie album) but the constantly busy yet impossible to be tight drumming drives me up the wall. The guy must have been a nightmare, live.

How many jazz records are barely "close enough for jazz"? Especially the double bass.

    Awfully sloppy and amateurish, IMHO.

How come they can't keep in time a tambourine with a drum?

As mentioned above, I think it was intentional. Not only is it musically interesting because of its unusual looseness--which is something that the Stones excel in overall; they have a very unique "loose but in the pocket" feel, but it's also conceptually/semantically interesting in light of the lyrics--they're literally manipulating time, bending it to their whims.

The Cars "Good Times Roll", the recurring guitar riff that starts near the beginning, if you try to follow it through the song it's missing in several places and in at least one instance it's in the wrong place, at 1:06.

That sounds like he just kept it simple on that part as to just not over do it, to me.
