Save for their fulfillment center, Deep Discount and Import CDs are indeed different entities under the same umbrella.

Note that Deep Discount has a 'live' call center, while Import CDs' customer service is generally a source of consternation.

Both are overseen by a very friendly person whom I contact with feedback, and when issues arise.

 

While there doesn't seem to be a way to sort it by new arrivals, it would appear that they still occasionally add new titles to the Blowout Bin. I just picked up Ministry's Twitch for $8.31. I saw a few Genesis reissues in there as well.

 

Ive literally paid DD via paypal every time for years and never had an issue getting money back for damaged or never socked items.

I just got Ministry's Twitch from the Blowout Bin, and despite everything about the listing indicating that it would be the 2014 black pressing, they sent me the 2019 numbered orange pressing.

Have used DD a hundred times and never had an issue.....until now. I placed an order back in August and paid via PayPal. I got a conformation email from DD as usual. I've never received any of the items even though they have been released by now. DD has no record of this order in their system. I just forwarded them the confirmation email. Praying for the best. Anyone else have this same scenario?
