Well this will be the 2nd bite at the Cherry.. Goals have moved a Little and the "Budget" has increased somewhat...but compared to most peoples Systems WILL still be Budget.

This is the Screen that i picked up a while ago for a Song..

It has a small dent in the casework and couple scratches on the side ..but the actual Screen is Mint.

Sub not been used this year, pleased to say works.. and still puts a Smile on my face.. i will at least find centre, mark and maybe position board in loft above ready for Projector Mount..

Not perfect Light conditions ..but tested Ps3 with a couple of Games(Phone Camera doesn't do images justice) looks pretty good, still much room for improvement.

Will be having a Little look at System later.. inc swapping out the Pioneer SA-508 for the Yamaha HTR ( which means no Vinyl playback for a while? ) But i do need to test Receiver and Rear Speakers

Thanks YheMan84, i'm now thinking of rigging both Amp / Receiver up on the one unit in between main spks..

The Gale Mains(FloorStanders) have 2 x of Terminals for Bi-wiring..was thinking of running one cable from each unit to each Speaker(only using one Amp / Receiver at anyone time) think i can also keep Subwoofer in the chain via Spk Input from Amp and RCA from HTR.

Think i'm right in this.. ..

I probably wouldn't ditch the sub. Rarely speakers have reach as low as a proper sub, but that's just guesswork. Not hearing sound at your place I can't tell.

Cheers TM84, i won't be ditching the Sub.. ..was just thinking/wondering IF possible to use the Line Level Input for the HTR and Speaker Cable Input for the old Pioneer SA508 Amp.. thereby still having the Sub in the chain for both Music and Movies..same applies to running 2x Speaker Cable to the same Set of Speakers(Mains/Fronts) *** But only using 1 Amp/Receiver at anyone time..this way i have best of both World's and get to keep TT in equation :D
