Pretty sure 30.39 was the warehouse deals price (like new). Cheapest I saw for new (shipped and sold by amazon) was 31.01, which is what I paid last night before it jumped up to $66. That said, I’ve had great luck with warehouse deals vinyl (even listed at “good” condition), but YMMV
