Adrian Belew - Desire Caught By The Tail.

 

I'm pretty sure this one doesn't qualify. Discogs says the painting is by Margaret Belew. Furthermore, she doesn't appear to have contributed in anyway to the recording of the album.

EDIT: I just realized the album cover appears to have been designed by Adrian Belew under a pseudonym. In which case, it DOES qualify!
