    I consistently receive damaged CD’s from Amazon that are shipped in bubble envelopes- argh - I just keep returning them until I get one in decent condition.

    no box and no mailer. Sticker on the shrink wrap. It’s a thick set so it wasn’t damaged but as mentioned that’s because it was delivered by an amazon courier so it never went into the mail system or there would have been damage for sure.

    That's why I asked, as I've received a few items from amazon.ca that way - no box; no mailer...just a sticker on the shrink wrap. Bizarre.

    I have received a few vinyl records without any protection with a sticker on the shrink wrap. When you complain I am told they will notify the shipping department but I never seen much improvement.

    Today I got an email that my Beatles singles preorder was refunded the difference. I was surprised! It seems hit or miss on pre order prices. Sometimes you can really save and others you don't.
