At the time I thought that Brian DePalma's WISE GUYS was painfully unfunny. I only saw it the once in theaters.

I did enjoy Young Einstein. My favorite scene is where he's trying to break the beer atom and asks "Where's my chisel?"

Anything with James Cordon in it- he is about as funny as going to the dentist.

My girlfriend and I saw that when it came out and I was pissed I wasted money on 2 tickets for it. I can't remember a whole lot about it 35 years later, but the scenes with Eddie Murphy looked like they were all edited in later to try to make the movie funnier, which it didn't.
    Terrible film.

Zack and Miri Make a Porno.
I do like Elizabeth Banks, though.

The First Family with Bob Newhart, Madeline Khan and Gilda Radner. It had some funny bits in it, but generally, it was a mess.
I haven't seen it since its 1980 release, I think I'll watch it again and see how I feel about it now.

I just watched Analyse That. It was relatively funny until De Niro's character took a job as a consultant on a mobster movie set. He then employs all his mob on the set too. Stupid scenario and made the movie farcical. Any sense of reality is gone at that moment.

After the reasonably amusing "Analyze This", "Analyze That" definitely was a disappointment.

However, because of promotion for the DVD, I got to interview Harold Ramis, so I'm glad the movie exists! :)

    Interview: Director Harold Ramis

I remember Bob Newhart on a talk show promoting the movie. He said "if this movie isn't funny I don't know what funny is." I took his word and went to see it. It wasn't funny.

I used to Think Ferrell was funny when I first saw him on SNL around 1996, but now I don't find him funny at all. I've described him before as reminding me of the annoying class clown who's always "on" because he finds himself funny.

I think he is like Sandler where when the movies are bad, they are really bad but when they are good they are great. With Ferrel I really enjoy Step Brothers, Talladega Nights, and the first Anchorman

Jerry Lewis's best movies are mostly those with Dean Martin as the sidekick.

I never cared for How I Met Your Mother. It wasn't funny, just stupid, especially Neil Patrick Harris' character Barney. What a disgusting sexist person.

There may be humorous scenes, but this is more drama.
