Regarding "Dusty's Trail": Who put out the complete season?

I own a set put out by Brentwood Home Video (copyrighted 2004) which has two double sided DVDs, and it contains 17 of the episodes, not the full season. (The packaging even says "The Almost Complete First (and only) Season.)

Regarding "Night Court"- Was there a "complete series" box set available, or were the seasons only released individually? (I own seasons 1-3 so far, all single season releases.)

Add Deadwood and Treme to that list. I think I'm missing one season of Callan

I rewatched Quantum Leap, Magnum and Sledge Hammer just in the last few years. Great stuff (and I love the QL Blu-ray set!).

I have The West Wing on DVD and The Wire and Chernobyl on Blu-ray. I got the West Wing on DVD because there was a used set for a good price and I wanted to have it, and I got the other 2 because I hadn't seen all of them yet. With Chernobyl, I had pirated the first episode and I liked it enough that I wanted to finish it in Blu-ray quality. I started watching The Wire back when the DVD mail service "Fatso" was still in business but I only watched the first 3 or 4 episodes before they shut down in favor of streaming and became NEON or something. The quality of The Wire on Blu-ray is incredible though, it makes me wish more shows these days were shot on film instead of some flavor of Arri Alexa.
