I've heard this enough, I don't need to hear it again for the rest of my days

"Welcome to the Jungle" and "Girls Girls Girls". The classic rock station here plays both of them at LEAST once a day. Enough.

"Pour Some Sugar on Me" Such an awful song, and I cringe every time a classic rock station cranks it out.

How has nobody mentioned Queen’s “Bohemian Rhapsody” yet?

The song that effectively got me away from ‘90s pop radio and into a world of great music; but I definitely DEFINITELY don’t need to hear it any more.

    Hotel California

The song, the album, the mini-series. I want to move to an alternate universe where Hotel California is shut down and boarded up.

It was the hot demo record when I started my career selling hi-fi. I heard it more than enough in the '70s. Then Hotel California was the hit from a live record, back in the store to be played fifteen times a day, but now with a high end even hotter than before. Eeeaoowww! In the last 24 hours I've had to listen to all the way through to play grade an album for sale. For the love of all things clean and pure and not fueled by a mountain of cocaine, can I go until 2030 until I hear it again?

Maybe my tombstone should read, "This could be Heaven or this could be Hell."

Still waiting to hear the name of one damn song I wouldn't gladly hear again, as part of being alive in this time and loving popular music.

I can remember getting overloaded on "Stairway" back in early 1972, they were already playing it way too much!

There was a period of time in the mid 90's when between Alanis and Sarah Mclaughlin it wasn't safe to turn on a radio.

I've mostly found Queen too rich for my blood. I thought Queen II had some excellent material on it, but it was just ... too much. And "Bohemian Rhapsody" is like poison to me.

And "Imagine" OMG! Lennon is my #1 favorite artist - but I never want to hear that song again. IMO, he should have retired after "Instant Karma".

Another vote for "Imagine". I'm old enough I should be tired of a lot of songs listed in this thread, but "Imagine" is the only one that I just can't do any more.

Every damn sporting event still plays this song, like it's still a fresh brand new song. I absolutely hate it.

I will accept that as it isn't really a song about Christmas, or snow, or Santa, or baby Jesus.

Anything by The Doobie Brothers. Never cared for them.
"Sometimes When We Touch", the ultimate pretension.
    "Imagine"
Queen's hits (maybe not "Misfire", that one's OK).
    "Escape" Rupert Holmes.

I could go on but I'm tired.

    You got it , amigo.
That album came out in late '71 and it seemed like everybody had it. I was tired of hearing ' Stairway...' within a couple of months. And then ' Rock and Roll' started to get on my nerves. It will be a long time, be a long time , be a long lonely lonely time before I would want to hear it again.

Yeah, I miss the days when that one was just a nice album track.

I loved that track when it first came out but at some point in 1983 grew sick of it because you couldn't escape it. I haven't listened to it in a quarter century; actually tempted to put it on and see if I like it again.
