  2. Flashback in Islington is quite good. I also like Sister Ray in Soho. For some new things, Rough Trade over near Shoreditch is fairly good. For international stuff, I've had some good finds at Sounds of the Universe in Soho.

And if you like Jazz, don't miss Ray's Jazz on one of the upper floors of Foyles Books near Tottenham Court Station.

(Really sorry about the big explosion at IQOXE this week in Tarragona. Hope all your family and friends are safe).

Thank you. We are all fine. In the moment of the explosion I was in train and I saw a big fire in the chemical complex. When I arrived home my wife told me that the doors and windows shaked..

    Reckless Records

Try Reckless in Soho. Worth a look if you're in the area.
(and Cookhouse Joe's is great for nibbles after!:))

Oh, what I would give to shopping for records in London ... or books or tea or socks or ANYTHING just to go to London!

    Don't worry so much.
It gets dark early and the weather is depressing

….and don't even start on the people..... JOKE JOKE… calm down.

We were there last week for the Clash exhibition and the Tutankhamun exhibition. Weather was bright and lovely - but on the cool side. No rain, no grey, no frost.

Just hit record shows or fairs as they call them. Most of the stores are just like in the U.S.: Discogs and eBay duffers.

It is 1993. I just got to London. Here I come Record & Tape Traders with a suitcase of USA dead soul cassettes and albums. Probably gone by now. The de-priced price stickers were great. Load up on the 10p 45rpm's.
