Gave it a quick sample on youtube, it sounds very good to my ears. Ordered! Cheers for the tip off.

My copy arrived today - all four LP covers badly split along spine, unfortunately.

I can’t see any reason why they wouldn’t.
It looks like an exact copy of the cheap label release in the 70s Pickwick or Ktell.
SQ of those was awful back in the day.
I’m guessing this is probably another out of copyright CD to vinyl Transfer release that amazon loves promoting these days because people love cheap.

I thought he looked a bit like Daniel Radcliffe from Harry Potter (as he looks now obviously!) :)

Did you bother to play the 4 LPs before you decided to send back?
Did you ask for a replacement box set ?

I just realised that you confused my post about the Ringo book which is indeed still over £30. It's confusing these days...

No, still sealed, but all four spines have splits around an inch long. Replacement on the way.

My copy arrived a couple of weeks ago, but finally got a chance to play and noticed some white gunk stuck to the vinyl on side 1. Since it was the last track, I tried wood glue to remove it and it only pulled up a little bit so I think I'm going to try a replacement, but since I'm in the US amazon requires me to ship back to the UK and they will refund up to £8.09 upon receipt. So just looking for some return shipping recommendations. USPS, UPS, others ?

Initiate a return through Amazon UK and they might just refund you and have you keep the album. I did this recently with an album by John Foxx & The Maths. It was dirt cheap but horribly warped and off-center IIRC. I was refunded immediately without having to return. Unsure if it mattered that the album was part of a larger order. Good luck!
