Lots of examples of intentional departures from convention in the thread. Those aren't errors. In my opinion it would be more interesting to limit this to unintentional departures from convention.

That one I'm pretty sure was meant as a "pun" of sorts--the idea is that the "bitches" playing the music are "brewing."

    Sorry, that's wrong.

    There should be no apostrophe.

The word ‘that’ strikes me as extraneous. It works as a lyric because it provides a beat where needed. The cd spine gives the title minus the ‘that.’

R.E.M. said that there are no good albums with apostrophes in the title, and that's why they left it out. Evidently, they never listened to This Year's Model, A Hard Day's Night, Cosmo's Factory, It's Too Late To Stop Now, You're Gonna Get It, Fisherman's Blues (okay, that wasn't out yet in 1986)... I think there's also a well-regarded Zappa album with an apostrophe in the title, but I'm blanking on what the name of it is at the moment. :) (We're Only In It For The Money, Joe's Garage... I still feel like there's a big one I'm missing...)

(I personally don't much care for Sgt. Pepper, but we may as well add that to the list too.)

EDIT: I had Rock N Roll Animal in there, but I forgot that doesn't use apostrophes. That probably qualifies for the thread too.

The Sinatra Family Wish You A Merry Christmas.

"Family" refers to a group of people, but it is a singular collective noun and takes a singular verb. So it should be "The Sinatra Family Wishes You A Merry Christmas."

Indeed , and I agree with you ~ given we are sharing an English-speaking forum that welcomes international membership it is rather our duty I should think to practice diligent decorum.
(Now I'm looking that last sentence I typed and wondering if the wording is okay ! )

Just to clear up my own confusion,
when we are writing are we speaking ?
If a grammatical error is due to a misspelling - as in the case of the OPs example - is it still ? That is, the album cover isn't ~ but this , this is conversing,
is it not ? Or is it ? I'm not trying to be facetious or a smart aleck here, I honestly never really took the whole 'forum dialogue concept' this far in these points of consideration before.

It's not extraneous. "That I don't have to brag" is a dependent clause and "that" is the relative pronoun that indicates it's a clause, so it is grammatically necessary. People sometimes leave off these relative pronouns however, but doing so is slang rather than correct grammar. I bet it was left off the CD spine for space reasons (ie, so they could print the title in a bigger font) not due to editorial judgment.

Should be an apostrophe - though whether it's Beggar's or Beggars' is up for debate. Perhaps that's why they left it off!

Shouldn't it be Beggar's Banquet or Beggars' Banquet depending on the number of beggars?

Unless it is the proper name Beggars,
which I always thought it was, in which case it would be fine the way they printed it .

It's hard to tell. If, say, "Beggars" is a name, like "The Angelo Banquet", but instead "The Beggars Banquet", then sure. It's hard to tell though, because it ends with an S. Is it the Beggars family's banquet? Is it the banquet of a beggar? Is it the banquet of multiple beggars? All three of those have different meanings and the placement of an apostrophe would clarify it. As is, we don't know.

Me personally, I use Beggar's Banquet.
