Not a huge fan of Cake but was a very fun show. Recorded at Buck Owens’ venue.

I was at the Mercer arena gig used for 3 tracks on Soundgarden Live on I 5........
The worst performance by the band I ever saw from 6 different shows from various tours, ....Still an OK show.
As a live album it ain't bad........pretty decent overall, but I think it shows they were at the end of their rope.

That’s Boston Lincs. not the other one.

Also I think John Cooper Clarke’s ‘Walking Back To Happiness’ was recorded the night I saw him at The Marquee in Wardour Street.

I like the album but at the same time I am kind of puzzled that it was first real official live album from them. Chris' voice is a bit rough on some of those tracks and to me wasn't a real good representation of what they are capable of - hell even the show I saw in 2011 featured Chris singing with a much wider and powerful range than his voice in that period overall lol

A quick thread search for "Zeppelin" reveals @ralphb was there.
And @mBen989 says his dad was there.

The only ones I can think of at the moment are:

    Pink Floyd - PULSE (probably)
Rush - A Show Of Hands
    UFO - Werewolves Of London

Oh, and The Verve for the Haigh Hall gig which was included in the deluxe box of Urban Hymns (though I was, strictly speaking, working the backstage bar at the time...)

I was at a George Thorogood concert at Cincinnati Gardens in 85 or 86 that was released as a Live album. It was a good show but oddly enough, despite being at the show, I've never owned that album.

It was great. They had played the Odyssey in Belfast two nights before, which was the first big reunion gig, and then Dublin was the second night. I was also at the first of their warm-up shows in McHugh's in Drogheda the week before.

A full, two-hour set, with songs spanning their entire career. The McHugh's show was no dry run, semi-rehearsal either, but a bona fide gig, and with the unique opportunity to see them in a small venue.

The only down side - at both shows - was the extraordinary amount of chat from the audience, particularly during the quieter songs. Bewildering.

Audiences at gigs constantly infuriate me...

There really needs to be more Horslips chat around these parts.

Five Iron Frenzy - Cornerstone Festival 1999...members of the audience signed a sheet and all are listed in the credits as background singers...ridiculous, but fun

Amazing gig - they set off an army flare and smoked out the balcony.

This and, indeed, any other Jandek album with the word "Glasgow" in the title.

Inspiral Carpets did put out some songs from a gig I attended as b-sides but I think that's my lot otherwise.

No, The album was recorded there. The live video (wich I had on VHS, not sure if it was ever released on DVD) was recorded in Minneapolis MN at the Northrup Auditorium.
