Interesting to see Jeremiah Bitsui (Victor who gets his throat cut by Gus in Breaking Bad) showing up as a cop in episode 3.
I tried to watch it tonight. All I got was an error message telling me to try again later. Too many viewers at once probably overloading the server.
Well this is a first, really looking forward to this new season, tried several times but can't get past the 'loading' page, other shows are fine, restarted router, cleared cache etc..., weird! It's now 22:30 here, been trying since 19:00.
Watched Episodes 1 and 2........ more of the same.......... meaning it is GREAT! perfect time for a COVID Binge. Also, need to scratch my "Crate And Barrel" itch.
New season started? Sweet! Titus Welliver was always good in other things, but finally found his perfect role. I'd be OK with him doing this show for the next 10 years.
I really didn't intend to, but I binge watched the first five episodes, such a great show, still the best thing on Amazon.
Others are also having this same problem: Amazon Prime Video UK on Twitter I thought to look there to see if there was discussion about it because Amazon Prime Video Canada had issues with the subtitles on Treadstone last January and twitter was the only to let them know of the problem. Half of each episode was in Korean and Russian with no subtitles. It took awhile but Amazon eventually fixed things.
Seems to have worked fine today, plus the unexpected bonus of Julie Ann Emery's gorgeous smile, I'm happy .
I’m in quarantine crime fiction/tv series heaven right now: -Watching 2 episodes a day of the new season of Bosch. -Also binge watching Criminal Minds. First time watching. On season 4 of 15. -Reading new Don Winslow novel -Got 3 new UK series to watch: The Capture, Deadwater Fall, Blood -Discovered Ian Rankin in February. Just finished the 3rd book and will be reading the entire Rebus series. -New Michael Connelly book May 26
I chuckled at the scene where Maddie tries to order a margarita, doesn't get back up from Harry, and has to settle for a coke. I also liked how her boyfriend confesses to not being good at small talk, to which Bosch replies, "I don't trust anyone who is".
I watched the first 3 episodes of the new season tonight. So far it is great. Too bad this is the last season. :-(
Having binge watched this season with my wife over two days, gauging Season 6 in comparison with earlier seasons, my opinion is that Bosch 6 is very good, not quite on the same level of earlier seasons, but highly enjoyable nonetheless. Not taking anything away from this season as a whole, one subplot element seemed forced (no spoilers!) and unnecessary, but since it was such a minor element of the season's overarching themes it only contributed to slowing the pace a bit. While some plot points may be predictable, there are surprises, and the story weaves together convincingly with involving characters and mature storytelling. In the final analysis, the minor hiccups don't really matter. If rating this season by itself I'd give it 3 1/2 to 4 stars, and definitely glad that there'll be a Season 7. Cat
I love this show. It's the second best looking (visual quality wise) show on amazon after The Expanse IMO. I just find some of the family stuff a bit of a drag. I was kind of hoping the daughter would have 'vanished' a few seasons ago. Looking forward to going through it once we finish season two of Altered Carbon.
I agree with you, but, am still very happy to have more Bosch. There was a lot less “wow” than previous seasons. Love the characters and cast though.
Watched the first 4 episodes yesterday, great as always. Great visuals, top notch acting from the whole cast. Man I'm going to miss this shows after the last season.
