Watch out for this eBay user: 40hz-20khz. He bought an item from me then said it wasn't the correct item (Which i was annoyed with but i thought fine, I'll just relist it as the correct thing and move on). I received it and opened the package to find out he took out all the bubble wrap and my item was broken! The faceplate ia caved in and the switch on the back is broken now. It certainly didn't ship that way. I told him about it and then threatened me when i said I didnt want to issue a refund because he broke me item.

Wouldn’t that make him the buyer and you the seller?

I'm no saint but for someone to try to steal from someone else and then scream at them until they get their way it's just horrible. It's like you have to take pictures of everything you send before you send it because there might be some kind of dishonest person that could say that it's the wrong item.

I mean say you had a CD and I had the exact same CD but it was a club version. I buy your CD which is an import get it in the mail swap the CDs and send it back saying it was the wrong CD. That's just theft. This guy probably had a broken CD of the one that you sent and decided for a few dollars he can exchange it and you could be the loser.

The case is probably intact and somehow magically the CD got cracked. I would say to him you need to pursue damages through the post office.

Talk about ebay seller, its just all a copy from one pitch to another:

    Condition: Excellent.
    History: I'm the original owner.
Photos: Taken near a trash cash and swabbed with grimed wet rag.
    Functionality: I don't know.
    Warranty: Your on your own.
