I'm only two episodes into series 2 and everything is going nicely. An interesting new character in place of Del.
Zero Zero Zero. The story of a cocaine broker and what happens to his family when he's killed. Just about the final word in non chronological timelines.
"Cheers" & "I Dream Of Jeannie". I purchased the series sets on VUDU & I watch an episode each night.
I always liked the mood and pacing. It wasn't a noisy show. Kyra Sedgewick was super cute to watch as she appears to be some sort of crazy, barely contained murder detective genius. Really a well written show when it stayed on her character.
The Stranger. Very solid series a 7/10. Great acting and story telling. Typical British drama with in depth character development. Even minor characters have depth so the series is a bit long for that reason. The Travelers. 10/10. Excellent sci-fi series wrapped up in 3 seasons. So good you wish for more. Great acting, compelling characters, top notch writing.
Just finished S1E1 of Hinterland a British cop show on Netflix. I like British cop shows that are set in small villages for the scenery. I hope the body count in Britain isn't this high in real life.
"Jess-Belle" Twilight Zone episode starring Anne Francis, James Best and and Laura Devon, season 4 Blu-ray.
Lately I've been binging TNT's Animal Kingdom. Show has some major weaknesses, but is entertaining enough to keep me watching.
Just finished watching the Norwegian series Occupied, S1, S2, S3, over the last 4 days. First two seasons were very good examples of national/international political drama. 3rd season tailed off. Still, overall, a solid series
