In Soviet America, TV cancels you. The truth is out there. I wanna believe. Project Blue Book (TV series) - Wikipedia ‘Project Blue Book’ Ending After Season 2 On History; ‘Knightfall’ Cancelld – Deadline
‘Live P.D.’ Canceled By A&E Amid Ongoing Protests Against Police Brutality – Deadline ‘Cops’ Canceled By Paramount Network, ‘Live PD’ Return Evaluated By A&E – Deadline
The Live PD story is fascinating. 300 comments on Deadline and one would suspect no Gorts to intervene on the vile, racist comments, though, truth be told,it is always fun reading stupid. Lots of anonymous stuff. Good speelers. Gooder grammar fans. Nobody there to stoop them.
OK, you must have posted that info elsewhere. I just wanted to make sure everyone knows it will be back.
Interested in how things are going over at The CW DC Comics outpost, what with the lead on Batwoman getting out, the Elongated Man on The Flash getting canned ("sharing" too much on social media), and Supergirl lead taking an early season break for pregnancy. All during the Covid break!
And over on NBC, the surprisingly-renewed (for a couple of seasons, I'd heard) Blindspot (aka, "FBI Scooby-Gang"), is now limping to a close at the end of this short season. Just noticed it on Hulu today, and it's labeled, "final season", which was news to me. I think the Peacock's shoveling multi-season renewals at everything they still have cast contracts for these past couple of years, are finally starting to get to them. Sorry, they can't all be This Is Us, no matter how badly you want them to be.
Wouldn't know, I haven't seen but the first ep of this season. Mary-Elizibeth Mastroantonio seems to be a great Big-Bad, similar to being in a Room 222 revival, and realizing your Education Secretary is Betsy DeVos. The series appears to still have the scope and tension as in years past, but perhaps its' lost its' audience in the change of world events as the series hiatus' failed to keep up with a casual audiences' ability to focus on short-length story arcs.
Which reminds me, what is it, three years after TBS renewed Search Party, and only now is it getting a Season Three airing on HBO's new streaming platform...after being promoted for years on TBS, shuttled to Hulu (without airing anything), and now on this untested, high-profile new service. I don't have my high hopes for this one...surely it's been forgotten about by now.
I never watched this series, but all the previews I saw for it told me it wasn't long for this world.
