For example the song "Into The Lens' by YES is called 'I Am A Camera' on the versions by Buggles & Kim Carnes.

Cant think of any other songs where this happens ?

Ramones-- "Bonzo Goes to Bitburg" (single) became "My Brain is Hanging Upside Down" (LP track)

Jacksons-- "Heartbreak Hotel" became "This Place Hotel," probably due to another song.

Speaking of Curtis Mayfield (who wrote the above song), his tune "Um, Um, Um, Um, Um, Um," which was a hit for Major Lance, became "Curious Mind (Um, Um, Um, Um, Um, Um)" when Johnny Rivers covered it.

Guided By Voices released "Snuff Movie (She's Gone)" on a compilation, then released the same song a year later on Tonics & Twisted Chasers, but changed the name to "Reptilian Beauty Secrets"

"Message to Martha," first recorded by Jerry Butler in 1963, became "Kentucky Bluebird" when recorded by Lou Johnson in 1964, and finally became "Message to Michael" when Dionne Warwick put it in the top 10 in 1966.

Fred Neil's song was recorded as "Echoes" by Spanky and Our Gang but as "Everybody's Talkin'" by both the author and most popularly by Nilsson.

"In Other Words" is the original recorded title of the song later, and better, known as "Fly Me to the Moon."

Deep Purple - "Wring That Neck" in the UK was retitled "Hard Road" in the US. I've never understood why.
