For some reason this album has always cheaper in Australia than any other country.

Pretty sure I got it at JB for $28 at one stage.

I got a copy from JB in Melbourne and from memory it was less than $28.00. Frightwig might remember the price as he gave me the heads up.

It was even cheaper at Readings. They had a 20% off vinyl sale for Record Store month.

I've also found them to be a reliable seller, but be prepared for long postage waits with Covid - 4-6 weeks seems normal for international mail currently.

I bought mine from Amazon UK recently, but that window has been shut off.
I've bought other stuff from Rarewaves UK, and it's either a super long wait or stuff doesn't arrive. Had a few items not make it at all now which is concerning.

Bought Gentle Giant's Unburied Treasure recently from Amazon AU. It's the repress, but it has sold out everywhere so I thought it was my lucky day.
Arrived today and it's clear that it was previously opened and returned. Missing the signed photo and the blu ray.
    Needless to say I'm livid.
Contacted customer service over the chat, and they offered 25% refund which I found unacceptable.
I'm awaiting a call from some manager who will probably offer me 30%.
I offered them a 75% refund and I cover 25%. Still unhappy about not having the signed photo or blu ray.
All that will happen is I will return it, they'll post it up for sale again and someone else will buy it thinking they are in luck, only to go through the same crap I'm going through.

    I don't understand their response.
I return a lot of stuff, and I simply go into my Amazon account online and ask for the refund (click on "Return or replace Items" at right), put in my reason (it can be anything), and then take it to the ParcelPoint office in it's original mailer and drop it off, to send it free back to them.
The refund is processed about a half hour later on their/my end automatically, well before they physically get the item back.
    Done.

    So.... ?

I was after this for a while so this is a real let down.
The refund/return is the easy way out. I could probably live without the missing items, but not at the price I paid. They should have processes in place whereby they watch what is returned, and if it's incomplete they hassle the returnee.
I'm at the receiving end of their lax return policies now.
For all I know, I could stick a brick into the return box, and with a bit of luck, I should be able to get away with it.
PS It's impossible to find the Unburied Treasure box set for under 1K, so this sucks extra.
