Thanks to this thread I ordered the deluxe set for $153 from uDiscover. Maybe use a site like camelcamelcamel.com and put an alert at a decent price point for Amazon and you’ll get lucky?

 

I believe that those songs were included on a 6-song advance promo cassette sent to record industry people back in 1997, a few months before the original album was released.

These Home demo’s are amazing especially Songs We Were singing and If You Wanna, anyone know any more about C’mon Down, C’mon Baby yet ? Wondering if it was unheard before this re issue.

Agree with calls for the alt Somedays to get an official release. Would also like the alt Songs We Were Singing where the chorus isn't quite as harsh as on the released version.

This concern really does suck. As pissed off as I am now with this delay, I would be really pissed off if I paid more than the $150 and $36 for the deluxe box and 3 LP set respectively. And this is from a July 5 order date.

 

Wait 24-48 hrs, then raise hell if you don't get notified of a credit for the difference.

I just received my tracking number today from Bullmoose. It looks like a shipping label was created at 7:18 am on 7/30. So why hasn't it shipped out yet over the last two days? The product looks to be in stock.

They'll probably ship it out on Monday and I'll get it maybe midweek. It sure pays to order minutes after it's posted on their site! The moose is lost in the woods I guess! At least I can listen to 45 tracks on Qobuz in the meantime!

 

The "0" is still being shown on my order.

 

Well that's something anyway. My $600 investment should appreciate on some level at least now that it's OOP on day 1. I'll enjoy for life in the meantime.

Wonder how many "Collectors" sets were allotted to UDiscover? Couldn't be that many.

Is the remaster 2020 of the main album different to the remastered tracks on Pure McCartney?

Is it a new mix or anything with new album Remaster ? I loose track with all these new mixes and remasters to be honest.

 

Yes between the US and UK sites. I think it’s still available at the UK site. I guess Universal in the US having a big sale on all product for those two days got more folks to buy.

 

There's still some available on Paul's site at the full price I believe. So UDiscover probably only got a certain amount to sell at that price during their 25% off sale.

 

BM shipped mine 1st class mail on 7/20, but it's not expected to be delivered until Monday. They must have a lot of orders and maybe less people working due to the virus? I'm pretty sure they're open on Saturdays, so yours could still go out today. Good luck!

 

Has anyone noticed a really poor remastering blip towards the end of Souvenir?

My friend's Deluxe set shipped out on 7/30 and is expected to arrive on Monday as well. He ordered his a lot later than I did on 6/12. Kinda frustrating, but I'll get it next week I'm sure.
