According to Dave Rees of the “A New Day” fanzine, Benefit and ‘A’ will be released in a boxed set format.

I wonder who has been handed the mastering for A?

I don't care about "A" but I am interested in a book edition of Benefit (even if I already have the Collector's edition with the 5.1 mix).
Hopefully there will also be a reprint of the Thick As A Brick book sometime in the future...

I owned A for a brief moment way back. When I was purging my CD collection (which I regret like you wouldn’t believe) A was one that I got rid of.

At the time, it just didn’t float my boat. I was into heavier music. But I’m looking forward to revisiting this one. There’s some good stuff on there and “freshening up” of the music, plus whatever bonus stuff we’re likely to get, is something I’m looking forward to now that my interests are wider than they were when I was younger.

As an Eddie Jobson fan, I can’t wait to see what will be in the A box. I hope there will be plenty of unreleased live material, as I remember him adding some beautiful violin parts to some of their older material.

I look forward to the "A" box set... Even though it by no means is a perfect album there's some great stuff on there...
One of the highlights for me, being "Black Sunday" (Love that tune :D)

In for A. Not going to buy any music product for the packaging. I can’t see the packaging when the music plays from my ipod classic, and i already have the old Wilson Benefit remix box. Which sounds fantastic already.

I’m thrilled that ‘A’ is getting the box set treatment. It’s a very complex and dynamic album, and one of my favorites by the band.

I will definitely go for "A" if SW has had anything to do with it. Otherwise I may stick with the original.

Yes, especially since the bonus material on the Heavy Horses and Stormwatch boxes was stellar.

Ofcourse it is. Just like any JT album after it.

By your logic Stormwatch is not by Jethro either, since Mick, Clive and Glenn wasn’t on it.

I said where it came from in my initial post. I can copy and paste his words, but there’s no other additional information. Since Dave Rees has direct contact with Ian Anderson, he definitely wouldn’t post something that is mere conjecture.
