I'm not familiar with the movie. This is about a man struggling after the death of his wife from cancer. One moment I would almost be crying and then I would LMAO. It's on Netflix.
Pluto TV has recently added a channel that's showing old Johnny Carson shows, so I've watched a few. Guests have included Richard Pryor, Angie Dickinson, Jay Leno, Clint Eastwood, and Susan Sarandon to name a few. Makes me realize how much I miss Carson and how I'm convinced no late night host today can hold a candle to him, (IMO of course).
Darkness. Nordic Noir. A girl's disappearance is about to be scaled down when the detective discovers a way similar case ten years previously. Extra reason to watch: the profiler's house is full of records.
Darkness: Those Who Kill. I binged watched half season 1 and it gets better and better. There's a great twist that was plausible yet surprising. Highly recommended.
Hard Quiz. A guy's special subject was some obscure New Zealand parrot and he knew everything about it.
Great show. I used to find it very relaxing/soothing viewing as well, strangely. Raced through Seasons 1-4 but then lost momentum. Keep meaning to return to it! EG.
