Yes indeed. I saw Dickey mentioned earlier but I don't think think I've seen Derek Trucks name. He's been playing since he was the same size as his guitar.

He plays like Jimmy Page.. seriously guys..

He just attacked that guitar.. It sounds super cool even if he makes a little mistake here and there. Like I said, just like Jimmy Page.

They're both world class guitar player.

I think Derek is properly rated. Derek's what Duane would be if he had more years to live. :)

Good, I hope Derek is recognized. It's just amazing how good Duane was at such an early age. It sounds like once he "borrowed" Gregg's guitar when they were kids that he never put it down. What a talented and dedicated player.

    Derek, Duane, they're all great!
Accoding to my research.. I can say Derek is properly rated. Rolling Stone magazine rated him highly, and he didn't disappoint ABB fans. He could have been a guitar god if he was born 3 decades earlier!

ABB has been my favorite American band for 51 years now and the Haynes, Trucks, Burbridge lineup did not disappoint this fan.

Respect. Yes and No. As far as his "moves". Yeah. I see Page. He sings and that takes up precious guitar time.

No comparison to Jimmy Page's playing. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Way.
