I have this on an official DVD, I believe.
I found it in the bargain bin at Walmart years ago.
    $10, I think.
Definitely not hi def picture quality, but I'm very happy to have it.
    It was a good show!

What a focused and engaging live set from KR and his band this was, and I suppose there's nothing else quite like it out there. Never saw the DVD so interest is piqued.

Hagstrom Please stop calling them vinyls.

This seems to have more than the original box set, so that's good news!

Looks like a bunch of non-music collectables and bloated packaging (for the deluxe box set). If one has the original CD, it doesn't appear there is anything new here. If this is the first vinyl pressing, then that aspect is going to be enticing for some fans.

Does anyone know if this is the same performance that was on the Vintage Vinos comp from a few years back?

    Three previously unreleased songs........

“the house lights are still up, stage lights down, as musicians stroll through the shadows, taking a seat on the drum riser or dropping to the floor in a circle.

there is chatting and laughter amid drinks and smokes. then a single, white spotlight hits the leader from behind: keith richards of the rolling stones, now on his feet, assuming the position as he fires up the first riff of the night, the clanging-guitar call to jubilant disorder in ‘take it so hard.’” — from the all-new essay, “the loosest tight band you ever heard” by renowned rock writer david fricke. featured exclusively in the reissue of keith richards & the x-pensive winos live at the hollywood palladium, december 15, 1988 from bmg and mindless records. the restoration and reissuing of the storied solo catalog from rolling stone keith richards continues with this set featuring the solo hit take it so hard, richards-led stones classic happy and previously unreleased performances of you don’t move me, little t&a and the lennon/mccartney penned i wanna be your man.

***deluxe packaging. remastered sound. restored dvd video.****

I believe Before They Make Me Run was also played at that show. It will probably be a Japanese bonus track LOL.

There's a great soundboard of the entire show out there (though maybe without "You Don't Move Me"?) which is worth hunting down, especially given that this one will probably be brickwalled up the ying-yang. God, I love this tour. The Main Offender swing just wasn't the same without Charley Drayton in the band. Apparently, Charlie and Steve Jordan had a massive falling out around that time (maybe even on the tour? I don't think Charley was there at the Boston shows in Feb. '93), which is a shame as they were such a great team. Anyone know what went down between them?

Wish they would do an official release of the Boston 93 on audio/video.
That’s his best performance - just killer.

The signed Super Deluxe box set ($399.98) on Keith's site didn't last long. Limited to 100 copies. The unsigned Super Deluxe box ($174.98) is up for order however.
