Went the Discogs site today.A recent purchase is completely erased from my purchase order history! Went back a couple of hours later and it shows a few of my recent purchases (I ONLY buy don’t sell on there). That same transaction is missing.I try to look up my entire past history of orders and it takes me to page to add all my PayPal info.WTF?

Could be a bug. Usually, orders from one or two months back will be deleted automatically.
Maybe, just in case, better check your browser/computer if you didn't receive some malware.

  4. 1) Did you receive the purchase yet? If not . . . I hope you do.

    2) If you DID already receive the purchase . . . oh, the humanity!

Couldn’t you just send Discogs customer service a message instead of creating an entire topic about your dissatisfaction about something happening on their site?

Because...the Discogs customer service team monitors the SHMF?

Having a working email these days is almost as important as having a home address and certainly more important than purchase history at discogs. That should be your top priority.

My email is working but there seems to be NO way to contact Discogs directly

  12. Discogs has its own forum where you can ask this. But I gotta ask, why is this even worth bothering over?

Your purchases should be listed here: Discogs Login
Perhaps the missing purchase(s) got archived?
Select the "Archived" or "All" option in the dropdown menu to see if those missing purchases are archived.

Did you check your Archived listings in Purchases?

This would've been my first thought, but don't you have to archive purchases yourself?

I left feedback for a recent purchase but forgot to archive it. I noticed this the next day (as it was still on my page of current purchases).

Maybe after a certain allotment of time they're automatically archived. Just speculating here.

You have to select Archive but it can be done accidentally.
