    If I were a fan of this album the one thing I want is the one thing not provided - a blu ray with all the music in 24 bit stereo, and the surround mix in lossless hi-res audio.

    This seller OCRE is still selling counterfeit bootlegs on Amazon AU. Reported but they directed me to report it via a Seller account (which I don't have).

    Any idea how to report?

    NO! NO! NO!
    If selling a counterfeit version of an official album this is PIRACY. They, if your claim is true, are selling pirate copies.

    BOOTLEGS are recordings which are either not officially release or were officially released but are no longer available.

    For the music lover bootlegs are good but pirates are bad.

    Have you tried this link : Amazon Sign In ?

    Open a chat and tell them your next stop is the local Police for a formal report of counterfeiting.
    They may call your bluff - if that fails, tells them the other local agency you'll try is the Retail Obmudsman for a formal complaint against Amazon (not the seller) for aiding such counterfeiting.
