Does anybody really think that all these pre release teases are going to add to sales? Very strange way of going about it. As of now hardly anyone in the big bad world knows whats being hinted at and when a proper announcement comes will anybody care about these hints and clues?
We are the only people who will buy multiple versions of the album, and then the deluxe edition, and then the super deluxe edition. It is us, and those on equivalent music forums written in Italian, French, Japanese, German, and Spanish. Slightly narcissistic to say, but yes this special, hidden, pre-campaign campaign is pretty much for us. Plus it is part of the great Beatles tradition - starting with those pre-Sullivan show The Beatles Are Coming fliers that, according to mom even made it to her Salt Lake City middle school that February. This is part of the great story.
