Pilot episodes that continued the opening titles

    An interesting thought I had:

    What are some examples of pilot episodes you can think of that were a continuation of the opening titles?

    I can think of these particular examples:

    Room 222
    Highway to Heaven
    The Middle

    I think that what is meant is pilots that continued sustaining into the story from the opening, instead of separating the title sequence from the first scene.

    I would add Riptide from 1984 on NBC, and The Streets of San Francisco from 1972 on ABC.
