Wow. It makes a difference depending on the kind of lymphoma one has. The two main types are Hodgkin lymphoma, and non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Hodgkin lymphoma is usually diagnosed at an earlier stage and therefore usually more treatable. OTOH, non-Hodgkin lymphoma is usually not diagnosed until later when it has reached a more advanced stage. Best to Jeff -- even if he has to go against "against all odds."
Dude fans, if you haven't read this, you might want to check it out. It's a fine read and a book I keep on the night stand for those times when I seek a little inspiration or comfort.
