I always thought Papa Denny Doherty looked like a young, non depressed Spike Milligan.

I never heard of Vini Reilly so I looked at other pics.

There's a marginal resemblance in the pic you posted, though I still think he's more Davies than Townshend.

Don't see a resemblance at all in other pics!

Like I said, I can see some resemblance in the pic you posted - Reilly looks more like Townshend there than in other pics I found. Just not so much that I would've called them lookalikes.

Still think he looks more like a Davies brother, though!
