By calling COVID a gimmick and then saying: "....in light of extensive research much of this is largely exagerrated" (sic) , you are saying that the current COVID pandemic is not what is seems; you believe there is a conspiracy about the level of damage caused by COVID . Believe what you like, but people have lost family members and friends as a result of COVID, I find calling it a gimmick extremely distasteful '
I'm not gonna argue but as an example you obviously don't think that a Premier claiming that this "new strain is moving at hyper speed" when medical professionals are saying it isn't moving any faster than the previous one isn't an exaggeration. Perhaps someone claiming at the start of this that beachgoers at Bondi were "all going to die" yet strangely not one person there did isn't an exaggeration. Anyway of course there is a virus and sadly lives have been lost and that is indeed a bad thing.. Anyway it's amazing what people can read into things these days. Now can we just get back to normal transmission?
hey, c’mon...I respect you both, especially JIMMY and his fonts and starting the thread, but let’s just leave this stuff for the non music forums. Please ❤️
This is going off topic, but some of the recent cases did move at hyper speed. They know when and where people caught it, and I'm pretty sure that there was one case of someone passing it on to another just two days after they caught it. And this is hyper speed. If you listened to all that was said, especially by Sutton, it was made clear that this wasn't saying that the new virus would have this very fast spread all the time - not enough is known about this strain. PS - I would be happy if ALL the covid posts here are deleted by a moderator. (But as they are not being deleted at the moment I felt a rebuttal was needed.)
Calling COVID a gimmick still leaves a bad taste in my mouth, but I agree that we need to move on to matters more musical in nature.

Yes - Amazon UK have the Prince Sign of The Times vinyl box very cheap at the moment but I can't bring myself to add the $15 for postage!
$15 for post for a box from the UK ? Sounds fair when it costs almost that to ship one record interstate. Costs about $30 to get one record out of the U.S.!
Yes - I'm being cheap but if I pay a Prime fee, I don't expect Amazon to choose what's in and what's out.
I have found that if you watch an item for long enough it usually flickers in and out of free delivery!
