I'm in the US, but regardless of where you are, post any upcoming movies... All my times will be ET. I will try to avoid describing the movie, as some like to get into a movie not knowing a thing about it, but if you do, you can read a tag-line, etc..

"David And Lisa" on TODAY at 12:30pm on TCM
    Great movie... 10/10

I can't find a thread for this. it's not upcoming, it was on the "Talking Pictures" channel today.

The Devil & Miss Jones starring Jean Arthur and Charles Coburn.

It's about the staff in a departmental store, to cut a long story short, the owner works incognito in a store with staff problems. The problems eventually get sorts out and the owner marries one of the employees, the film ends with the all the staff dancing at a party on liner.

The last line in the film is one of the female characters saying, "I can't believe we're all going to Honolulu.

The film was made in 1941, the significance of which has just dawned on me.

I saw the remake starring Georgina Spelvin. I think they made some plot changes.

"Paisan" on TCM @ 3:30pm ET
I've seen it once, but might check it out again since I don't remember much about it, or even how I felt about it.

"Papillon" on TCM @ 8pm ET
    8/10 - probably McQueen's best acting job.

Two amazing movies.. "Umberto D" is one of my favorites. "Two Women" is great, too, with Sophia Loren.

So thread is basically a plug for TCM. I love TCM as well, but that have a website-no past and no future outside of current month, although the new formation is ruined with interference from the AT&T higher ups. Also "upcoming" implies days, weeks in advance. A movie coming up later today is kinda short notice.
With all of that, know that TCM's Festival begins online on both TCM & HBOMax-once again,AT&T screwing around a good thing. But a table read of Plan 8 From Outer Space followed by the real thing as well as a Tex Avery doc.
While kvetching about AT&T,notice that the onscreen times for the next three films have disappeared when viewing the channel, with hopes of catching folks in another travelogue and wine ad. Who needs TCM Wines when I can whine all I want about TCM and still owe my outrageous cable bill. Carry on....

I agree. Have you seen all the movies Sophia Loren did with director Vittorio De Sica? "Sunflower" is a great one, and another collaboration with Marcello Mastroianni. "Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow", "Marriage Italian Style" and then some of his later movies, including one with Loren and Richard Burton, which might have been his last before he died.

Admittedly, this is an upcoming TV series, but I didn't want to start a whole new thread. Is anyone else interested in the series Domina? -- about a wife of one of the Roman Emperors:

    Domina (TV Series 2021– ) - IMDb

Yes, Liam Cunningham was also in GoT.

If this thread is or has been beneficial to you, please LIKE my comment.. I don't like bumping up a thread, unless its beneficial to someone.

There's a Hitchcock marathon going on right now. It started already, but there's another 20 straight movies on Turner Classic Movies. If you're not aware of this channel, there are no commercials, and they play some great movies. Yeah, they play a lot of classics, but they have different themes all the time, and they premiere some rare movies. They do show newer movies sometimes, and many of them are good. On certain day/s, they have this "Underground" series, where they play indie, foreign, small budgets, and other unique stuff.
