I've stuck some brand new copies of Paul Desmond "Take Ten" in the classifieds, it's one of the De Agostini Jazz On Vinyl series, but one that Zavvi never had.

 

Mine finally arrived today. Same as @michielster - Out To Lunch, Getz/Gilberto, Money Jungle, Go! and Sketches Of Spain. The first two were unwrapped but only Getz/Gilberto looked less than pristine. Since I already have the Acoustic Sounds version, no biggie.

 

Similar here, except Mingus Ah Um and Something Else instead of Go! and Sketches. I'm happy.

 

I've got a small jazz collection, so I tried the x5 grab bag. 4 sealed, 1 unwrapped / no shrink (Somethin' Else).

Ordered on 10 July and received the same five titles as above ^ 11 days later in Canada.
Sweet deal. I am happy.

 

I ordered the 5 title grab bag as well. I got:

John Coltrane "Blue Train"
Miles Davis "Kind of Blue"
Miles Davis "Sketches of Spain"
Eric Dolphy "Out to Lunch"
Billie Holiday "Lady in Satin" (not sealed)

I'm bummed I didn't get the Getz/Gilberto album. And as someone who has almost no jazz in his collection, I'm miffed I got another copy of one of the few jazz albums I already own! ("Kind of Blue")

 

Whoa I've never heard of anyone getting Kind of Blue or Blue Train, and I feel like I've read through most of the discussion on these forums. I figured the 8 or 10 titles that everyone seems to get were just what was left over of the stock they had, and that those two titles were long gone.

Depending on what your other pressing of KoB is, this one might be better.

 

It's back! Now £9.99 for 3 titles.....I think we can guess what!
