What are the 10 best Kung Fu movies from the 70's to early 80's? Not including Bruce Lee (have all of those!) or Jackie Chan (have a lot of those too!)

Guessing Five Deadly Venoms will show up prominently here (and maybe the sequel which is awesome too) which I have but just trying to get an idea here if I have the right movies!

Have a couple of cool box set:

The Big Boss, dare I see, is even better than Enter the Dragon. If only those stupid censors in Hong Kong didn't interfere...

I've seen these sets and they seem to have a lot of filler.Makes sense.Box sets are a way to sell third grade/poor movies together with 1-2 good ones.
My advice is to concentrate on the classics and forget the rest.I already gave you 20 titles i'll post more tomorrow

Or try Wong Kar-Wai's version of the Ip Man story in "The Grandmaster". The title character, Ip Man, was played by Tony Leung, who will be the (real) Mandarin in the upcoming MCU movie, Shang Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings.

I probably have a vhs dub of it, but I haven't seen any listing anywhere, a documentary of the Shaolin Monks which feature an appearance by Jet Li

it is not "shaolin temple" or "martial arts of shaolin"

  19. There’s a documentary about the genre on Netflix called Iron Fists and Kung Fu Kicks that’s worth a watch. I’ve seen a couple of others about The Shaw Brothers but the titles escape me.
