Of the stores I contacted locally, they either received no copies or 1 copy … extremely disappointing and frustrating :( I also noticed there was only 1 discogs listing from a Canadian seller when I checked last night.

Seems to be right, that is what I saw too. I did stroll into a Sunrise records in Burnaby at after 11am yesterday and there was 1 copy of this and 1 of Face Dances. Easiest RSD I have done in three years.

Spinning now my Massey Hall LP and sounds glorious. I’m over the bloody moon.
Thank you Roly and Curt for continuously brightening up my days.

Is the LP getting a general release on September or is it just the CD? And what's the source of the info?

My only lil beef is that I hear considerably less reverb on Memories Fade. As this is the deep 80s, IMO the songs require more wetness.

I didn't see the post that confirms this, but I would find it hard to believe that it won't be released in vinyl at some point in the future. Usually the first releases status means that it comes out later, especially a big release like this.

Both Police RSD releases were RSD first releases and will be out (eventually) on vinyl. No idea when, given pressing plant back ups could be a while until the next releases come out, but I wouldn't be surprised if this releases comes out in the near future. I didn't pick it up because I was already spending too much and figured I'd pick it up when it comes out again. Hoping I'm right with that move...

I am loving the Massey Hall set. I love hearing how they approach the songs on stage. Very well recorded for a live show—exceeded my expectations (esp. since it was preceded on my TT by the RSD live Devo record, which … isn’t great). Hope everyone who wants one can find one!

The CD seems to be listed for higher values than the vinyl on eBay at the moment - up to £149 (UK). Crazy. I can wait.

I have checked on Amazon Uk and it is listed as "out of stock". There is no option to preorder ... so there is nothing clear about it so far from what it seems

No you can pre order it here TBC by TBC: Amazon.co.uk: Music

As regards my order, I hope banquetrecords can fulfill their orders. I find it hard to believe they have so much left when only 750 were available.

Apparently the US copies don't have a download code. According to Discogs.

Found a copy for retail price in B.C., and I'm letting you know because you were anxiously worried about that.

So it appears the US vinyl does not have a download code. Does the Canadian or UK release?

While I enjoyed Steven Wilson's remix for a nice change of pace, the lack of reverb removed an essential ingredient that made these songs so special to my ears.
