Been there a few times. Great place.

The most amazing thing is they give a lot for trade in. Not only that it is a 1:1 ratio for store credit and cash. I couldn't believe it.

Very nice people there. Highly recommended.

 

1:1 ratio? Did you bring your collection? Amoeba pays and trades for peanuts. If you get 20% of sticker price at a L.A. record store in trade you are doing well.

 

I mean if they offer you 100 bucks in store credit, it's the same in cash.

I just brought a few in, two separate occasions.

 

I've never heard of that....trade is always more....except at Amoeba, it is elephant food all the way.
