Looking forward of course but is this being set up more comedic a la early DIE HARD flicks (complete with holiday music) or will the darker more traditional Marvel vibe be there too. Looks fun.

What is interesting is that this is the first MCU production that will feature people from the Netflix shows, so they are making those cannon now. Kingpin is supposed to be in it.

And I am sure there is a brief shot of Elektra in the trailer, just her face?

    I heard mention of Echo...

I always thought that we needed a Martini swilling superhero.

Was definitely curious to see Hawkeye get some development as the most underexposed Avenger, then this trailer totally put me off with the silly, comedic tone and song choice that goes on for way too long. I don't think this trailer works at all. I'm trying to get involved in the plot and action and they're pushing me away with a tongue-in-cheek style.

I'm wondering if the music is a trailer only thing...

After the god awful "Loki", I'm afraid to even get into any more Marvel....they have reached that smug "we can do no wrong" point.

I enjoyed the Matt Fraction Hawkeye series of about ten years ago and it looks like this borrows quite a bit from that.

I hope that they include Hawkeye's partial deafness and an appearance by Hawkdog would be welcome.

It is Echo. As her origin (in the comics) is connected to The Kingpin, there is a rumor that Vincent D’Onofrio will be reprising the character in the series. Not confirmed, though.

Clint is wearing a hearing aid in the trailer, and Pizza Dog makes a brief appearance, so, yes and yes.

I caught that something was in his ear, but wasn't sure what it was with all of the digital artifacts when I zoomed. Have to rewatch again for the dog.

Edit: Yes, you are correct on both counts. I just hope the hearing issue isn't solved by some magic Stark tech and they make that part of his character.

If you're not watching New Rockstars (or something similar) you're probably missing a lot of details.

Can't wait for this. Big Hailee Steinfeld fan.

Both Wandavision and Loki were disappointments to me. Captain had some great episodes and some lame ones.

Pretty hard for a "super"hero who shoots arrows to get any attention in a bowlfull of Avengers. Maybe now that Oliver Queen is off the radar, he can finally get some respect.

I always wondered what the heck he was doing, hanging out with heavy-hitters like SuperBillionaire and a Norse god in the first place.

I had to double check but he doesn't have any superpowers in the comics, either. Just kinda works that way.

Just a supreme athlete, sharpshooter (sharparcher?) and fighter.

He's written better in the comics and is an integral part of the team, plus you can do smaller scale stories in the comics.

Looks OK. But I wonder if anyone who didn't watch MASH already will be able to follow what's going on.

He’s been wearing the new costume, which was introduced in the comics in the early 00s (I think), in the movies. If you mean the original costume, I doubt that will happen. I prefer the new one, myself.
