I bought it with high hopes because I don't have it on vinyl, but I didn't see "SH/KG" in the dead wax. Haven't had a chance to listen. Made in Germany though.

I wonder when we'll get another B2G1 or B3G2 sale. Any idea?

Brother, I'm ready to drop a cool grand if they do. I've held off buying new records since the last sale in anticipation of another.

Truthfully, at this point I would not expect any B2G1 sales involving vinyl in the at least near future. The last 3-4+ B2G1 sales have not included vinyl at all. At this point i'm hoping for it to be included in at least 1 sale late this year but even that i'd be surprised. Nobody knows for sure either way though.

Just wanted to let everyone know B2G1 is back on Sunday Oct 10th through Saturday Oct 16th!
OK, I thought it was records, but it may only be books and movies. I'm not sure.

It's not on records. Books and movies only according to the weekly ad. I think the vinyl B2G1 ship has sailed. Hard to see it coming back.

That’s a shame. I think the days of buy two get one free vinyl are over, unless they bring it back for Black Friday

The irony will be that Target finally does another vinyl sale when all the records I want are on backorder.

It's amazing how thin the media sections are at these stores now. Target's DVD section is even smaller than I remember--have you seen Best Buy's? I stopped their yesterday for the first time in probably 6 months. They have downsized the movie section so much. These stores are telling us "F&*( physical media!"

Pretty sure it is the masses telling them that. The vast majority of people I know don't purchase physical media or even digital downloads. All streaming for music, movies, TV. I'm the relic to them.

Yes, you can hardly blame a retailer for not devoting space to a product that isn't selling. At least this is happening during a time when one can still purchase these products online if one doesn't have a dedicated shop near them that still sells merchandise like this.

The stores probably still have a solid online stock shippable from the warehouses. There really isn't a need for as much shelfs pace of physical media.

Well, I understand it's the masses. I guess it's just a big FU in the ether.

But these things exist online. People buy it online (hello Amazon). I guess we shouldn't fret over spending a few more bucks at a local music store, too--or those won't be around, either.

I agree with you , at this point it's wasted shelf space , 90% of the people i know steam music & movies , rarely are they buying anymore .......... I still buy music all the time but i rarely buy movies anymore .

I bought the Depeche Mode book by Anton Corbijn in the 3 for 2 sale. I bought 3 and then cancelled 2. I'm guessing at just over $60 it might be the cheapest I'll see it.

It’s not an FU. It’s just a rationale business decision.

I wouldn’t get used to them being available at Amazon or locals. They won’t be for too much longer.

It’s kinda hard to square this circle.

Vinyl far outsells the other mediums.

was he really saying vinyl won't be available on amazon much longer?

if so, talk about being clueless.
