This Oscar Peterson album was in the Bin and then disappeared, but has now returned to the bin. So I decided to get it this time... Oscar Peterson Motions & Emotions on DeepDiscount $7.63 Numbered (of 2000), blue vinyl pressing. Dave Brubeck Time Out: Mono / Stereo Versions + Time Further [Import] on DeepDiscount Numbered (0f 3000) and is essentially 4 albums because it includes both stereo & mono versions of "Time Out," plus the "Time Further Out" & "Countdown: Time in Outer Space" albums as bonus tracks. New Prince set in the bin! Prince Welcome 2 America (Deluxe - 2 LP / 1 CD / 1 Blu-Ray) on DeepDiscount
I have it and it's good stuff. Worth it just for the live Blu-Ray at that price but the album is pretty good and the book is nice too.
Wow. How often does something this new end up in the bin? This is so shocking. I already bought it full price, but that's OK. I love Prince. And I was actually at the Forum show that's on the blu-ray, so I would have paid any price to get a copy of that.
I told myself I was done with Prince boxes as I have all I really wanted with 1999/PR/SOTT...until this one hit the DDBB. I was at Target yesterday and mentally put Welcome 2 America vinyl on my list. This box version is only about $10 more than the Target vinyl, if that. As always, thanks for sharing!
Prince is only $32 on Pop Market with free shipping & potential 10% off code with new e-mail list sign up, fwiw... Prince Welcome 2 America (Deluxe - 2 LP / 1 CD / 1 Blu-Ray) on PopMarket
I felt a great disturbance in the Bin today. I track the in stock CD's regularly (sorry, CD guy here) and the numbers in the Bin have been tracking around 10,000. Today they dropped to 6,585. Some of the old standards are still lingering - I'm looking at you Tsew the Kid. But Sly & the Family Stone Back On The Right Track (which I swear was in the Bin at $3.99 for a hot minute) is back on the wrong track for full price. Is the Bin getting ready for the long delayed major dump or is the bin just gaslighting me?
Can't believe it! I just got a shipping notification! I ordered it about six hours after this post had been made so I thought I stood little chance of getting it! I'm stoked - thanks so much for posting!
Damn, I ordered several hours before you did, but my order doesn't display tracking info yet. I wonder if I screwed myself by putting additional items in with my order of this box set. I could've just ordered it standalone, and now I regret that I didn't.
