I thought he's wearing a black t-shirt at that moment Paul goes into what they did on their holidays.
Nope. There is no actual footage of John from the "What We Did on Our Holidays" bit, so Lindsay-Hogg flew in shots from January 21st (the day he wore the bright striped shirt). John has a black t-shirt on during the Paul monologue about getting over the nervousness of playing in front of an audience from January 29th.
How do you know this, has it been confirmed? Or are you going by trailer? I assume that they would leave it without modern v/o, but I've not read that yet.
Well, Paul did actually own the place (along with John, George, and Ringo), as it was their own Apple headquarters.
It's only been few hours, we only got some minutes of a trailer but what a treasure trove ! I can't imagine how much footage and music we'll have to discuss in the years to come after the release of the 3 part-documentary.
^^^Cool to see George totally clean-shaven. For most of the sessions, he had a bit of facial hair or moustache.
It was in the Emipre UK interview with Peter - which I can't find on line - but here's the quote: Jackson: We've interviewed both of those cops. Interviewer: For the documentary? Jackson: No, we've got no modern-day interviews at all [in it]. Cheers, Paul
It would be and was a lot harder to patch together this footage and make it smooth for an hours-long viewing program. The trailer is a fun hodge-podge fast cut sample is all.
I don't like that there is not a single Apple logo on this fricken poster. Maybe that was the deal Disney demanded. But to me the entire thing is APPLE and always will be.
The trailer popped up on my recommended videos on youtube and I am very excited to see the whole thing. Finally a reason for Disney+ beyond the kids.
I can't believe how excited we are over a release from a band that hasn't recorded in over 50 years. The equivalent would be like the Beatles freaking out during the filming of "Let It Be" because The Original Dixieland Jass Band was re-releasing another album.
