Yes, during the Octopus's Garden segment, as Paul, Linda, and Heather make an entrance. But it's a blink and you'll miss her moment. Actually yes, because Jackson has stated they restored the Let It Be movie, so it should look and sound tremendously better.
I actually thought I recalled Linda in a frame or two, but who am I to dispute the "disaster" story author. That was a joke, ok. Just in fun. Let it Be is an editing disaster pure and simple. MLH should have gotten someone else outside to comb the footage and find the real action. No major sound improvement or picture quality spruce up can fix it. This new cut is going to show just exactly what the 1070 film could have looked like. And while I am glad that MLH is alive and I hope healthy, I feel a bit of pitty for him that he has to face the new cut done by someone much more interested and with much more care. I'd want to crawl under a rock just seeing the new trailer if I were him.
Yes, if you wish to be quite technical she's in the film. And if you wish to be quite technical, I'm in "Good Evening New York City".
Damn it ! I could give a rats ass over the the book or the box set after seeing that trailer. I thinking I am going to watch the trailer and the sneak peak over and over until 11-25 ! Looks incredible ! I think PJ has fleshed out a dramatic story and will do an excellent job presenting the film and audio ! We will all be discussing this for a long time to come ! Now if we could only get Mark to finish Vol 2..... This will hold us over until then. I want to see more of the birds down on the street... PS, I love Michigan J Frog. To bad he's from MICHIGAN, go Bucks !
I have to give credit for the designers of this poster. A very creative composite and repurposing of these images.
I added Disney plus. Jeez, old geezer (my age group) National Geographic specials? I don't think I will have it more than a month. Well, my wife may like the sports in the bundle. Anyway, I don't have the hang of Disney plus yet. Will I be able to watch the 3 Beatles specials after the broadcast date? We have visitors and activity as its Thanksgiving. Or is there some record option?
It is (almost) certain to be available on Disney+ for a long time after it first airs. It would be amazing if it disappeared, and contrary to what they usually do.
I may have to bust out my vhs dub of the laser disc that I bought at Beatlefest in 1988. I just looked at this for a minute or two but the audio is way too out of sync (bang! bang!) to be watchable.
It is literally the stuff that film emulsion is made of, so if there isn't *any* visible, the aesthetic choice would have to be "I did not want to shoot this on film".
