Watched it yesterday. It was awful. And Gal Gadot can't act.

This movie was not shown at one indoor theater in the Knoxville area. It was at a drive-in down near me last week. I almost went. I guess I should be glad I didn't.

Much preferred Dwayne Johnson in 'Jungle Cruise ' and that film over this.

    it was an OK film.

if you went in expecting oscar nominations then i guess you would think it was bad bad bad.

it was 20 - 30 minutes too long.

i can't remember the last really good movie i saw, TV has my interest now more than film.

Ryan Reynolds (playing the same character he always plays) + The Rock (playing the same character he always plays) + Gal Gadot (playing a smug shallow character) + predictable shallow plot = instantly forgettable vacuous movie that wasn’t watchable. My wife sat through it, I played with my phone after the first 30minutes and it seemed to last forever even though I wasn’t even watching it.

I had no knowledge of this film, just noticed that there was a movie on Netflix with some names I recognize so I watched it. I thought it was ok, some parts were pretty entertaining. That's my in-depth review;)

It IS playing in theaters now too, I guess for a one-week engagement type of thing like Netflix sometimes does.

Haven’t seen it. But for most streaming originals: Herein lies the problem

I expected it to be bad, but it did not meet even those, apparently, too lofty expectations.

does anyone else miss really good movies?

i get the pandemic, totally on board with it, but what the fatooty, is the release of a good, intelligent, adult film every so often too much to ask?

i look at the oscar contenders lists that are starting to pop up, and it might jut be worse than last year.

Why do people watch original movies on Netflix, then are surprised it's not that great? Netflix has had a pretty bad track record on original films, including many big budget movies or big star movies.

Fool me once, shame on Netflix. Fool me twice... I still can't believe some of you watched the ENTIRE movie then complained it was terrible. Did you think it would suddenly get better halfway through?

Even a quick check of the names on this movie tells you it's the same writer-director who did Skyscraper and Central Intelligence, both with Duane "The Rock" Johnson. You sorta know what you're gonna get.

A few days ago, after I watched it I looked for a thread, didn't see one and it wasn't worth starting one for. I'll chime in on this one, it was a dud.

The Old Guard set the bar pretty high for Netflix. But I am sure that would have been in theaters in a normal year.

I enjoyed Red Notice - but I wasn't asking for much.

I could tell this film was going to be awful from the previews. No thank you.

I liked the Rock and Ryan Reynolds in the Hobbs & Shaw movie.

    Shame this was so bad.

Loved Ryan Reynolds in Free Guy!!!
