5 clicks up from 30Hz , 2.25 Hz per click if you believe the control is linear= 41.25Hz.

I also thought that the REL was linear, it seems to be a band pass filter. I rough sketched the SHL5 response and estimated about 1/2 way 30-75
You have 2 so your gain will be lower.
How do you have them hooked up.
Both stereo or a channel each?

My wire is 4x12 fine stranded Cu Belden, 20'. I concealed it.
    The Harbeth terminals are excellent.
The hole is large and the post is grooved for a wire. I poked a loop (like threading a sewing needle) thru the hole and pulled the loop down over the post. Basically a 360 loop.

Wow those look sharp- excellent metalworking and proportions.
the harbs are very sensitive to the iso dots though so hopefully they supply some good ones. not sure how much PLN money is but seems like a LOT !

i have them hooked up one per channel. if just the left sub is playing (nearest the corner) it actually does an excellent job.
definitely ditch the belden when you get a chance. been there...with the Harbs you will hear a difference.

If you're done buying speakers it opens up cash for for other things when you "get the itch" ;)

Have you tried playing some music you love that you thought wasn't perhaps recorded/mastered so well yet?

    Then done....for a while, lol

I'm on the pre-sale list (Dec 16) for Canadian F1 GP tickets (we've gone a dozen times at least).

    Listening to Gordon/One Flight
The fricken' drums sound like they are in the room! These are awesome! I don't get excited too often, but pumped about these.

While the Harbeth’s are very nice, specially for people with limited space, I’d personally rather have the Yvette’s.

I’m on the waiting list too. What is the best place to sit? I was thinking grandstand 1, but I don’t know if one of the other seating sections are better.

Congratulations enjoy them, haven’t owned Harbeth’s in years, but back when I did I found tweeter at or just above ear height while sitting sounded best to me.

    GS21 imo
We've sat in 11 too, really good
    Short walk from the Metro
    Right at the hairpin
Brake from 190+ to 45 mph in 100 yards
We stay in a B&B right across from the Beri-UQAM Metro. 5 minute walk to train, 5 minute ride to track, 10 minutes or less to seats.

A splendiferous choice on those Harbeths and getting those over the Wilson’s is just how this time it worked out. Maybe you’ll get a chance to try Wilson in the future. For me I like British speakers and am not curious enough to want to leave that tribal territory. It is not like Wilson or Magico cannot be heard almost anywhere. Pairing Harbeths with Luxman is definitely going for music rather than a setup built towards audiophile hifi special effects. Not that there’s anything wrong with it.

BTW Lifelong F1 fan and attended the Indianapolis races but stopped going after the year of the Michelin fiasco. The sound of V-10 never equaled in motorsport.
