It has gone to a guy on the Blu-ray.com forum, who won my free draw.

The BD is still in print, and comes highly recommended.

:righton: Thanks for the reminder, I will try and get a copy of this. I love the MoC dual-format releases.

    You’re welcome.

I love MoC, too. I have collected the label since 2007 and have a full set of their releases, including all OOP titles.

Zach and Miri on Blu for $2.99. The cover art is the censored version of the film’s title but the film itself was never censored.

Most of the Goodwills near me charge $5.99 for movies, which is ridiculous. But this store was charging only $2.99.

Justin Long is hilarious in this as Brandon the gay porn actor.
He has this exchange with Zack after telling him he makes movies with all male casts:

Zack : Oh ,like 'Glengarry Glen Ross'?
Brandon: More like 'Glen and Gary S*** Ross' Big Meaty C***'

The Goodwill stores around here charge $1.99 for used DVDs (and/or CDs)... They used to charge higher prices if it was, let's say, a complete season of a TV show on DVD: Those were usually priced at $3.99 (a little higher if it had more than 4 DVDs in the set). About a year and a half to two years ago, they went to the flat pricing for all used media.

I totally agree with you that $5.99 is ridiculous for used movies at a thrift store.

One charity shop is selling DVDs 10 for £1. Others 4 or 5 for £1. Sets maybe dearer, depending on the store. Some charge extra for sealed copies. There's a glut of some titles even at those prices.

I go to flea markets constantly looking for vinyl and dvd/bluray. Recently I nabbed these DVDs for $1 and under:

    The General (Kino)
    Mother!
Return of the Living Dead II (rare, but after watching, sucky)
Four Sided Triangle (pre-horror Terence Fisher)
    This Island Earth
    THX 1138
    Ffolkes
When Time Ran Out (love me some big stars getting killed by bad SPFX)
Land of the Pharaohs (Hawks last movie)
Angelique 5 Film Collection (thrown in when I complained about scratches)
a ton of 20th Century/WB archive classics like God is My Co-Pilot (don't worry, my co-pilot has the controls, he is very goo....CRASH)

I also got some bluray for $2:

    The Frighteners 15th ann.
    Godzilla vs. Kong
Jackie Chan's First Strike (brand new)
Venom & Spiderman: Homecoming (just so I can let folks at work watch them.)

But the real score was Queen Greatest Hits and Best of Blondie in VG condition for $4.

They can't give away DVDs and Blu Ray's at the moment. In a couple of months they'll be paying me to take them.
