Did anyone else get an email offering a 20% off coupon if you do a customer satisfaction survey? I did mine a few days ago and they stiffed me on the coupon. I was hoping to try to stack it against the current site-wide 30% discount. No response to my email inquiry.

i did, but i didn't bother because the coupons won't stack any longer. i think they're keen to all of the tricks of yore at this point.

i have. system is keen. won't work. you can, however, transfer the points "gift cards" between accounts just in case you've been racking them up on alternate for whatever reason.
Well, don't know what happened en route, but 4 BN Classics arrived today. Thankfully no damage to report.
They must be incredibly understaffed because I've received several boxes like this from them in the last couple weeks with horrific outside appearance, absolutely no interior packing materials, and large boxes used for one or two albums. Two albums were damaged and I have yet to hear back from them. I think it all will be resolved, but it's not an exciting experience despite the great pricing.
