I also ordered both of the Japanese Ultra Vybe Memphis Slim CDs [Tribute To Broonzy. Carr. Davenport and U.S.A.] last night and just got my shipping confirmation from DD which only included Memphis Slim - Tribute To Broonzy. Carr. Davenport. No out of stock notification yet for the U.S.A. CD but it's probably forthcoming within the next 24 hours. That said, I did get another Japanese Ultra Vybe CD, Lightnin' Hopkins - Lightnin' in New York, which disappeared right after I submitted my order so I thought that I might have missed out on that one. @black sheriff - I hope that you get the Memphis Slim U.S.A. CD!

It appears that the codes DEEP10 and 82BT4X2D9 are still working for 10% off.

Thanks. I would've also picked up that Lighnin' Hopkins if it was still available this morning. Lighnin' is . Hope for the best on the U.S.A., if not, at least it got me the free shipping and the $5 code. Just need to make sure DD refunds me correctly.

For lords sake people, buy that four dollar Alarm EP. it includes a ten minute track that hasn’t been on another album, and is one of Mike Peter’s’ recent best.

Also, DD is running a Criterion Collection sale at around 40% off per title. So if you add the JOLLY code for an additional 15% off, that’s a pretty damn fine deal there.

Somebody is working on the Blowout Bin today. Many titles that were in-the-bin-but-not-discounted are now discounted.

You might consider buying the Tim Bowness' LP 'Late Night Lament', that's one I enjoy. Steven Wilson of Porcupine Tree is deeply involved.

I was *shocked* to see Something For Kate CD's and LP's in the in. Back in 'the day', if you were a buyer of no-name cheap CD's you certainly have Something For Kate in your collection. They were an Australian indie rock boy-girl 3-piece band. I had no idea they were still making music.

Yeah I noticed some adjusted prices too. That’s great that someone finally decided to actually discount those titles. Definitely keeping an eye on a few things during the day that I’ve been waiting for…

Be glad you didn't buy this again. It is not the Japan UHQCD version. Instead, it is the European reissue with a generic barcode sticker on the outside of the shrink that has the (incorrect) barcode from the Japanese version.

Still debating if I'm going to keep or return. This would replace my original 1988 Sire/USA CD.

Well that’s good at least. I already have the older Sony reissue from a couple of years ago. I’ll probably keep mine.

After 5 days of radio silence from DD, I received a shipping notification yesterday for the Japanese Ultra Vybe Memphis Slim CD U.S.A. I figured that the ship had sailed on this one so I was pleasantly surprised.

Overall, my haul from last week's restocking of the bin was 15 CDs consisting of 8 Japanese imports, 2 Australian imports, 3 Canadian imports and 2 UK imports. I'm quite pleased with these selections and even more pleased to see the bin back in business after a very slow 2021.
