I ordered a "Special Order" item late last year, and it took 30 days almost exactly to get here.

 

Most of my back and special orders have arrived.

 

If anyone gets informed of a 15% or more coupon/discount code on Deep Discount let us know please. I have a cart LOADED w stuff but don't want to (can't actually) pull the trigger at full cost.

Received my copy of the Peter Laughner box. The book does not disappoint, either. Yesterday, I had a snow day, so I got through record 4 -- great, great set. Also, I also spun the Who's My Generation and Lou Reed's Sally Can't Dance, after I read Laughner's reviews in the book --- meant to get to Springsteen's The Wild, the Innocent & the E Street Shuffle, but didn't get to it. His writing was as impressive as his guitar work and songwriting. Those interviews with Lou Reed are great, as well as the concert review of Suzi Quatro is another stand out.

Yes, that's exactly what I did. Surprisingly it took less than 10 tries this morning. All other attempts at various times of the year were unsuccessful and I gave up after maybe 20 to 30 guesses.
