The Blacklist with James Spader

After some awkward moments setting the team's return and the time shift forward and who was coming from where, the episode this week was a great return to form. Each has outside things they are hinting at that will be revealed in time and the plot with Red and a former foe meeting up and the near-tragedy at the end was vintage Blacklist

What is with Red kissing everyone last 2 episodes? Once with a woman, once with a man, are they still hinting to us that Red is Katarina and a woman still or had a sex change and a man. Intriguing and maybe adding to the continuing mystery of the show

Let's face it: Liz's suspected father is actually her mother... Redarina. It's the only theory that makes sense.

Ehhhhh... they're just prolonging this beyond endurance, because NBC has nothing to put in its place. And somehow, this lame show keeps getting ratings.

If you had told me 10 years ago that this silly show would last 10 years, I would've said you were crazy.

 

well, spader is THAT good.

 

The writing is getting weaker.

 

Bur now that Liz is gone, its a better show than it was with her lately.

 

Yet they can't let go of her.

 

He's good, but not that good.
I stopped watching at the middle of season 4, I was bored, very bored. I have better things to do than wasting my time than on watching a silly boring show that is always the same.

 

Stopped watching, terrible writing. Can't do it anymore.

 

Outstanding episode last night. The Raymond left behind after Liz's death is even more intriguing than before. He's changed but the core of the man who built a criminal empire is still there. Those of you who jumped ship are missing some really good episodes. Each episode explores not only Raymond's continuing darkness but all the other characters too.

 

I love James Spader. He's already a great actor in the 80's and a much better actor today...
The blacklist is definitely a different side of him.
...BTW Anthony Michael Hall has the good TV series too. I forgot the title but he was a psychic trying to solve some crimes.....

 

The Dead Zone? That was 20 years ago.

 

We were watching Seinfeld on Netflix yesterday, and James Spader happened to be in the episode that we watched.
