That's like saying you were part of the Van Buren boys...I'll know better than to give you the crook eye!!!
Talked me into it... Thank you. I have the original HS anthology box (a mission to acquire in pre amazon-Australia times, so I don't know why I was holding out on this one (in vain).
A great album, Gary doing his fusion stuff, as well as a punk tune. I recently bought a used copy for not much less than this...
Good to hear ! It is just as good as the original Box Set, and the sound quality is exceptional , given that original 78s were the source.
Various Factory Communications 1978 -1992 (8LP) $115 https://www.amazon.com.au/gp/product/B07VTHFWQV/ Factory Records box set - Joy Division, New Order, Happy Mondays etc
KENNELMUS - FOLKSTONE PRISM 1XLP $43 from Amazon Au (out of stock) or an extra $5 to be sure from rarewaves. This is one for any psych fans out there, a very VERY odd album from this US band. Somehow this ended up being mastered by Kevin Gray and sounds FANTASTIC! A genuinely strange psychedelic album, it seems to occasionally appear on Amazon and this version has gone for more than $150 on discogs. Recommended! https://www.amazon.com.au/Folkstone-Prism-Kennelmus/dp/B0889YZ1TC
Frank Zappa Zappa OST (5LP) $64.63 https://www.amazon.com.au/gp/product/B08NR9TDCZ/ $157 from Amazon UK

The Pretty Things Live At The BBC (3LP) $50.28 https://www.amazon.com.au/gp/product/B08Y49S2BP/ Amazon Au: $50 Amazon UK: $90 Amazon US: $140 They have no idea what to price this at, it seems.
I've got the 6 CD box set and it is brilliant - the Amazon notes for the vinyl set, which is a great price, refers to over seven hours of music, which clearly relates to the CD set
If it's got a download card beware. Mine had expired years before I bought it. I complained and Sony gave me a download but I'm sure they just linked me to a pirate site.
thanks Big Swifty - Sold , got it for $34, ($83 on US Amazon) It's been a long time since I have bought Dylan new vinyl !
I see they have the Dylan Mono vinyl box set for $233.00. "Temporary out of stock". I have seen on international sites that the set is still available for pre-order (or with back order / awaiting repress notificatons). Be interesting to see of they do get further stock of this set - as that would be a good price going by after market prices on this set. But no doubt they will probably just end up cancelling these orders. Amazon can be such a tease sometimes.
I bought this when it came out. It's a very nice package but Dylan-doing-Sinatra is just not my bag. Be interested to see what you think.
Emerson, Lake And Palmer Out Of This World: Live (10LP) $160.27 https://www.amazon.com.au/gp/product/B0986BDRSD/
(my copy) There's two different editions of it. The one pictured on Amazon is the cheaper one. The more expensive one is packaged like a book of 78s.
More Dylan..... Bob Dylan Springtime In New York - 1980 - 1985 (5CD) $105 https://www.amazon.com.au/gp/product/B0986FXHMV/
