If I was JF I’d have refused to return unless he shaved it and explained his visits to Jeffrey Epstein’s Island.

Amused by the number of people who have taken the time to open this thread and comment that they don't like the band and won't be listening to the album.

Reminds me of that Ricky Gervais bit about people's behaviour on social media, likening it to walking into your local town centre, seeing that someone has posted an advert for guitar lessons, calling the number and saying 'I DON'T ******* WANT GUITAR LESSONS!!'

Is that reference to Epstein's Island a joke or not? Best to clarify such things when people's intentions are often difficult to read online.

Jeffrey Epstein? What does The Beatles' manager have to do with this thread?

I think he is serious, looks like Kiedis is one of the people mentioned in the long list of famous people visiting that island.

By the way, yeah the artwork is a bit weird. Wonder if there's some psychedelic-like tracks on that album...

I've never been much of a RHCP fan, but ended up really digging "Unlimited Love" when checking it out on Apple Music upon release. So much so that I ended up buying both the gold/purple vinyl variant as well as the red.
I'm all for another album at this point and am hoping that the album cover is a bit of a nod to the music that is contained within'. Fingers crossed.

Same, I could definitely see this one being a more experimental group of songs. I'm sure their will be plenty of hate regardless.

Here comes my FOMO again, there's again two versions I'll need to get: the indie and the deluxe. That said, I don't believe they'll release a third (similar to that silver RSD version).

And, in any case, I'd rather have them re-releasing I'm beside you on vinyl (I had it, but had it lost/stolen as I moved), but I think there's zero chance of that, especially with John back in the band. Even their previous two records have become almost impossible to obtain now!

Brian Epstein was The Beatles manager. Jeffery Epstein was a sex offender and financier.

I haven't enjoyed a full RHCP album since By The Way. As always, I'm prepared to give it a shot, and temper my expectations.

how did you find the Tour edition?
when i go to their page and click on the banner for the new album pre order options in their shop, it doesn't show up,
and even when i use the search feature and type in the word "Tour", it comes up empty.

    very strange!

How are international customers supposed to find the Indie version? It sold out before I even found a single online store selling it worldwide.
